The Tower of Cremona

A bell tower 112 meters high, the lighthouse of the city. The Torrazzo is the tallest medieval bricks bell tower in Europe and its astronomical clock dates back to 1583 when Francesco and Giovanni Battista Divizioli invented the mechanism. That mechanism is still there, still working and the clock is incredible: it marks eclipses too!

If you want to know something more about it, do not miss the "Vertical Museum" set up in the Torrazzo in 2018.

If you want to climb the tower, be ready to face the 502 steps, the reward is a spectacular view from the top: on good weather days, the gaze reaches as far as the Alps!

And what about the legends arisen around this monument? Come to discover them!

The tour includes: entrance to the Torrazzo and visit of the Vertical Museum, view from the top.
